Slagging agent

The slag collecting agent is also called the slag collecting agent, which is divided into cast steel and cast iron. When the temperature of the slag collecting agent rises sharply above 1100°C, the volume of the slag collecting agent will expand and have a certain viscosity, which can stick the slag and impurities on the surface of molten steel together. It plays the role of slag accumulation, and because of its low thermal conductivity, it can effectively prevent heat conduction and heat radiation on the surface of molten steel (hot metal), and has the function of heat preservation. Its main components are SiO2, AL2O3, and a small amount of other basic oxides.
